Maybe I can help you. Are you using a XP Machine?
If not do a search on how to install on vista.
 If your having communication problems try reinstalling drivers first.
Most of the newer roms are very simple to flash.
1. place phone in Emergency mode
2. run  the rom exe
3. plug usb into PC
4. Click Start

Yes i read all the intruccions and make it one by one but the flash process canot complete because appear a message that are a problem with the comunication with the pc and phone, and i try another computer and the same message appear, what i can do? please i try many times to flash my incite and try different flash programs and nothing Thanks

ok I made a few changes to htc_fb_console that will hopefully cut down on those partial screen issues, we'll see...


*edit well the complete revamp I did was mostly a wash, I did manage to remove all the references to other devices so it's now cleaner faster code but I don't know if there will be any effect on stability.
