I have tried to activesync with my desktop windows xp at work and also my desktop windows vista at home and can't get either to work. When it was new I had it synced with a different computer but it won't now. I figured it is a setting I switched but not sure what one. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you provide some more information, such as error codes or symptoms of the "failure"?  I, too, am having some trouble connecting to my home PC running Win XP Home.  I get a bizzare error, "Support Code:80072eff" indicating that it can not connect to the server, even though I am just trying to sync with my desktop Outlook 2002 - not a server.

First question - Did you install the sync software that came with the phone?

Also the phone needs to be awake for it to connect.

If you have any more info as previous poster stated, it would be helpful.

Yes i did install software that came with phone. No there was not any error codes. Last week I tried again and now it works and will sync. It must have been something that I changed before.
