To everyone, i found a nice, handy little tool to edit the .cpr files in titanium.
Its called CHome Visual Editor. It allows you to fully customize the titanium home screen, from panel arrangement to font color and size. Check it out.

Here you go WMX. I have noticed that if I navigate away from the today screen and back it shows back up, until I select another tab on it, then it disappears again. When it is like that, the button next to the contacts like the comm mgr do not coincide with what they are supposed to. For instance if you are on the Music tab it is supposed to say library. Well it one off of what it should be.

Did U make any changes to it? If not, you might have other apps/shells causing the Titanium to not work correctly. For starter, I would uninstall it and reinstall it. Make sure you follow the installation steps I post on the 1st page. What ROM are you running? I have it running on xCite3 and Dark's 23047 with no problem and certainly have never seen what you are experiencing. You could list the 3rd party apps here and I might be able name which apps are likely to cause phone problem. You might be looking into a hard rest if you are running the above named ROMs!

I had it running on 23008 and experienced the same problems. Now I have it on 23047. I have NetFront, Total Commander, WM5torage, Youtube app, PIM Backup, Garmin, S2U2. I just installed the cab you provided and nothing more. Was there something else that I needed to do to make it work?

I don't have Total Commander and WM5torage. Try removing WM5torage. If that doesn't help, do a hard reset and install WM7.0 Titanium 1st and go from there to see what cause the problem.
Edit: Before you do a hard reset, try changing theme for the today screen.

Just wondering, why was the Titanium weather app removed? Does it not work on the Incite? Can it be made to work?

Titanium weather app does work on the incite but requires Mortscript and used up more memory and battery. I used to have it because it looked cool but I didn't think it was practical.

For everyone running build 23047, I've an updated version.
The new version corrected "Comm..." into "Com Mgr" in the bubble.

I've got it narrowed down to where my problem lies. There is something about the Pictures tab on the home screen that my phone doesn't like. I can select any other tab like clock, fave people, music, etc. and the text and icons stay on the screen when they're selected. The minute I go to Pictures, all of them are blank when selected. Then I can go to the Titanium folder in the start menu, go to Refresh Home and then everything is back again. Thanks again for the help.

No format at all. This is even before you open a picture. The picture panel on the home page is the culprit. When you browse the other panels they are fine. Just when you browse the picture panel is when it blanks it and the others out like it shows in my screen shot that I submitted. What I did was just disabled it from being on the home page with CHome Editor. Works fine now.

The theme is fabulous, although I was just wondering is it possible to replace the Music Tab wit the CS2P tab ...? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=518257&highlight=Titanium+Plugin Because I use S2P rather than WMP, and so without the layout it's completely gone on the Titanium screen.
