I am tired and will add more description on service pack 3 later.
Result from using SP3:
Even more stable wm6.5 compare to SP2.
More free RAM.
Rotation screen to free up 1 to .5mb of ram whenever you finish with an app.
Nothing disable except ErrorFatal and WINDIAG.
Advise: Do not use the native lock screen, too slow! Use S2U2 and delete keylock.exe from registry.
How to install:
Remove WMX WM6.5 Tweaks Sp2 and WMX WM6.5 Accelsensor Fix
Install WMX WM6.5 Tweaks Sp3.cab

What I want to know, is would it effect the ability to connect to media net. Last time I did some of the changes from the first post, I was no longer able to connect. Do this cab to all the registry deletions and add ons from post 1?

Nothing is disable and you will be fine - please read post 1 again as I just update the info.

Post#1 updated. Attached is file detailed registry changes. Note: most of StorageManager setting should already be default. I added in to Sp3 to prevent problem from previous changes. If you download sp3 before 4:19pm central time on 9/5/09, please download it again as I find a typo-error in the cab file.

i was following the green instructions on the first page and everything was going perfectly well except i cant seem to find the Showcase1.01x_240x400.cab it talks about. maybe i missed it in the links for the downloads but does anybody know where i can get this?

With SP3, you don't need to do any deletion. I even keep my BTTrayCE running and still able to run Need for Speed.

did the keylock delete, and installed s2u2, but only thing is can I stop the windows pop up when the phone is locked when receiving a call? its very annoying
