I'm still trying to understand why my touchscreen stops working out of nowhere sometimes.

because our phones are garbage.  I'm hoping these guys can get android going before Oct. to see if it fixes any problems and test Android out before then.  Thats when I can upgrade finally.  Until then i have to put up with the inconsistent Incite.  Its still a cool phone when it works properly.

So nobody knows why the touchscreen doesn't work sometimes lol.
Jesus, if I knew before buying, still a powerful phone though.

i've been changing roms for over a year now, way back to the first and original from spocky.  it always comes back and at the worst times.  thats why i was kinda hoping an android port may fix it, but its probably hardware.  and its a problem with a lot of Incites, not just us two.  it was working great for a couple months with only a couple hiccups, but lately its been horrible even with hard resets.

It is very easy to understand once you figure out what controls what and the order of the init.

no idea of timing as of yet....however i believe it is done (as of the kernel only) and we still have a long way to go for framebuffer and whatnot. Also, make sure your friend helps us too Wink

my incite is angry with me, it leapt at me today from the top of my desk. I need to find more time for this project somehow. Anyone know a good babysitter ha
