I can't seem to find the option to turn off the vibration...

Does anyone know how to turn it off?

settings/sounds and notifications ...tap vibrations  theres a X box for screen taps

Thing is, I saw it in the manual exactly where you told me.. But I don't see any tabs. O_O

 btw 1 question is there any language packs to make it display Korean/Chinese letters in windows media player?

The tabs are located at the top of the screen on mine.  Huh
 
As far as language in wmp? I don't believe so.

If you are running 6.5, the tabs are at the top as Homer said.  If you are running 6.1, the tabs are located at the bottom.

As to your 2nd question, I do not believe so.
